Ready Meals - Entree Curries (Aloo Mutter, Aloo Gobi or Aloo Moong)

Serenna'sTM Entree curry recipes originated in Gujrat, India and were transformed by migrants to East Africa to include original Indian spice blends with the fresh ingredients of their new home. Still considered Gujrati cooking, they now include a distinctive taste of Africa. The flavours are delicate; never too hot, never too spicy...but just right!

A complete meal for one. NO MSG. NO ADDED ARTIFICIAL COLOURS or FLAVOURS. CHOLESTEROL FREE. The perfect alternative to fast food!

400 g per box - Each serving includes 3 roti. Available packaged in units of 12 servings.

Three Delicious Entree Curries:

ALOO MUTTER: Potatoes and Peas in a Mildly Spiced Masala Sauce with Three Authentic Indian Roti

ALOO GOBI: Potatoes and Fresh Cauliflower in a Mildly Spiced Masala Sauce with Three Authentic Indian Roti

ALOO MOONG: Potatoes and Moong Beans in a Mildly Spiced Masala Sauce with Three Authentic Indian Roti

Preparation method:

Microwave

Remove tray from box. Slit the film over each compartment. Cook frozen product for 2 1/2 minutes at medium. Lift plastic and remove roti onto a paper towel and cover. Heat remaining food for another 2 minutes at medium. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove film and serve.

Oven Method

Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Remove tray from box. Slit the film over each compartment. Place frozen tray on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven rack. Heat for 25 - 30 minutes. Remove film and serve.

Heating times will vary for individual microwaves and ovens. These are guidelines only.
