Paratha can be purchased uncooked and frozen.

Storage Instructions:

Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze thawed, uncooked parathas. Uncooked parathas can be stored for 48 hours in the refrigerator after thawing.

Shelf-life of uncooked, frozen paratha: 3-months
