Tamarind Sauce

Meticulously extracted from the sweet-sour fruit, Serenna’s™ Tamarind Sauce is sure to add delight to your favourite side or meal.

Ingredients: Tamarind, Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Vinegar, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Garlic Powder, Red Chili Powder.


Chili & Garlic Chutney

Add some spice to your Serenna’s™ products with this red chili and garlic chutney.

Ingredients: Chili Garlic Sauce (chili peppers, salt, garlic, vinegar, potassium sorbet, sodium bisulphite, xanthan gum), Ketchup (tomato paste, liquid sugar, vinegar, salt, onion powder, spices), Unpasteurized Honey, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Shredded Coconut (sulphites), Vinegar, Citric Acid.


Tandoori Marinade

This creamy marinade combines the sweetness of honey, the tanginess of lemon, and a gentle heat from the combination of green chili peppers and yogurt. This medium-spice marinade is made with Serenna’s™ signature blend of herbs and spices. 

We recommend using this marinade with chicken and serving your meal with piping hot Serenna’s™ roti.

Ingredients: Tomato Paste, Canola Oil, Concentrated Lemon Juice (water, concentrated lemon juice, sulphites, lemon oil), Garlic, Tandoori Spice (spices, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, colour, papain, corn maltodextrin), Seasoning, Pasteurized Honey, Cilantro, Salt, Paprika, Citric Acid.


Tikka Marinade

A classic favourite that is prepared with Serenna’s™ signature spices, fresh caraway seeds (ajma, ajwain), yogurt, lemon juice, chickpea flour, and fresh herbs. Blended together, this flavour profile has just the right amount of heat to tantalize your pallet.

We recommend using this marinade with chicken and serving your meal with piping hot Serenna’s™ roti.

East-African BBQ Marinade

This marinade is sure to turn your backyard barbecue into an African Safari. Your experience will begin with a teasing sweet moment drawn from high quality honey. Then, lose yourself in the lemon citrus that prepares your taste buds for the moment when all of your senses are engaged with a heat that is not for the faint of heart. 

We recommend marinating your favourite cut of beef ribs, chicken, or seafood for several hours to ensure a deep-rooted flavour. 

Ingredients: Chili Garlic Sauce (chili peppers, salt, garlic, vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulphate, xanthan gum), Pasteurized Honey, Garlic, Seasoning, Canola Oil, Concentrated Orange Juice, Concentrated Lemon Juice (water, concentrated lemon juice, sulphites, lemon oil), Paprika, Meat Tenderizer (salt, dextrose, tricalcium phosphate, bromelain, high oleic sunflower oil), Citric Acid, Seasoned Salt (salt, sugar, red pepper, dehydrated onion & garlic, cornstarch, hydrogenated soy & cottonseed oil)


Mishkaki Marinade

Expect your meat to fall off the bone with Serenna’s™ Mishkaki Marinade. The tender meat will be infused with a nutty, soft spice and an introductory African experience like no other. 

We recommend pairing this marinade with beef, though any red meat will do.

Butter Chicken Paste

Serenna’s™ Butter Chicken Paste allows you to get creative in the kitchen, without all the hassle. Just add a protein and cream base of your choosing and discover how simple it is to have authentic butter chicken at home or in your restaurant.

We recommend pairing this paste with chicken and a half-and-half cream or thick-yogurt base.

Ingredients: Onions, Tomato Paste, Oil, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Chili Powder, Herbs and Spices, Cornstarch, Xanthan Gum.

Storage Instructions:

Chutneys & Sauces: Shake well before opening. Refrigerate after opening.

Marinades: Keep frozen until ready for use. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or by placing the pouch in lukewarm water for a few hours. Thawed product can be stored in the refrigerator at 10℉ for up to 10 days. Discard of unused product.

Pastes: Refrigerate after opening. Use within 10 days of opening.

Shelf-life of unopened chutney/sauce: 1 year
Shelf-life of opened, refrigerated chutney/sauce: 3 months
Shelf-life of unopened, frozen marinade: 6 months
Shelf-life of unopened paste/marinade: 1 year
