Serenna’s™ Phulka Roti are available in a durum flour recipe and a 100% whole wheat option for the health-conscious consumer. However, both recipes are low sodium, trans-fat free, and vegan.

Phulka roti can be purchased uncooked and refrigerated.

Original Phulka

Ingredients: Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour (niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, Durum Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Whole Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt.

100% Whole Wheat

Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Canola Oil, Sugar, Salt.

Storage Instructions:

Keep refrigerated until ready to cook. Rotis are best served warm. Cover rotis after cooking to retain softness and moisture. Once opened, uncooked product can remain refrigerated for up to 3 days. Cooked product may be covered and refrigerated for up to 5 days.

Shelf life of unopened, refrigerated phulka roti: 2-months.
